‘El Sur’
In January 2024 I went to Marrakech, Morocco. While there, I felt enormously inspired by the beautiful colours and interesting situations that took place. I felt my connection with the South growing. With my analogue camera (a pentax asahi from my grandfather, who used it in his student years), I captured some connections I made. Connections with and in my surroundings. I always tried to keep myself aside to not influence the situation.
This series was exhibited in April 2024 at the exposition ‘IMAGE’ at Mechelen, Belgium.
